ART RESOURCES GALLERY showcases the largest and most unique collection of original artwork available in Minneapolis and St. Paul, MN. We have brought together a varied group of artists that we are proud to represent. Some of the artwork you may select from includes blown glass, oil and acrylic paintings, textiles, sculpture, mixed media, ceramics, mosaics, and much more. Our artwork is original, and we are proud to offer over fifty years of custom picture framing experience.

ART RESOURCES GALLERY has been around for a long time, so you can imagine we have a lot to share when it comes to custom framing. Our talented and experienced team works within your vision and budget to select framing that best reflects your personal and/or professional style.

2. ART ON APPROVAL

Did you find something you like but you’re not sure how it will look in your space? We have the solution. All of our artwork can go out on approval which allows you to see pieces in your space before committing. Ask our gallerist about the approval process during your next visit.

3. Commissions

Musings from a gallerist

Working in a creative industry fosters imagination, play, and high doses of inspiration! If you are a trendspotter, then you are likely aware of the Pantone Color Institute, which predicts the upcoming "Color of the Year." This annual announcement began in 2000 and has created a fun ritual of looking forward to the year ahead with a colorful edge. Keeping this in mind, I was surprised to see that 2026's "Cloud Dancer" isn't really a color, but rather a clean slate to build from. What do you think? I would love to hear your thoughts the next time you visit the gallery at IMS!
